PUR W60

Roof foam

PUR IZOLACE W60 thermal and waterproof insulation is a system creating a seamless insulating non-absorbent layer directly on the surface that is to be insulated.

PUR W40

Hard foam

PUR IZOLACE W40 thermal and waterproof insulation system is a two-component polyurethane foam with a predominantly closed cell structure.

PUR SOFT

Soft foam

PUR IZOLACE SOFT thermal and waterproof insulation system is a very soft two-component machine-processed polyurethane foam with a predominantly open cell structure.

PUR/PIR

Cast foam

Hot and cold insulations are used mainly for double-walled reservoirs, storage tanks, distribution pipe lines and fittings and to fill in gaps in constructions, ships etc.

Flat roofs

Thermal insulation of flat roofs is important not only from the viewpoint of heat energy savings in winter, but also during the summer period when structures are often overheated. They also serve as effective hydro insulation.

Arched and shaped roofs

Thermal insulations of arched and shaped roofs are used to provide a simple solution for complicated and structurally demanding surfaces.

Attics and lofts

Thermal and sound insulation of attics and lofts is used for wooden constructions, for construction of low energy and passive buildings but also for the reconstruction of existing and historic structures.

Repairs and reconstruction

We offer repairs to and reconstruction of foam insulation in cases of neglected maintenance, unsuitable selection of design solution or when the wrong materials or processing procedures were applied. We carry out the reconstruction of foam roof layers with a minimum surface of 100m² or greater.

Steep surfaces

The technology of hard foam spraying allows for use in the sphere of insulation of steep surfaces from the outer or inner sides of structures. The quick reaction of the mixture when the foam is being sprayed on allows for precise tracing of underlying surfaces without the sprayed foam dripping.

Roofs and walls in interiors

Insulation of walls and ceilings from the inner side of the interior are a very common application for the sprayed hard foam. It is mainly used for industrial and agricultural structures.

Reservoirs and caverns

PUR-IZOLACE has a number of products certified for cold and hot insulation by “foam being cast in situ” based on the nature of the use.

Decorations

The technology of sprayed hard foam provides a very wide range of uses in various fields. To give just one example: it can be used to produce decorations and sceneries for the film and entertainment industries or for the production of TV commercials.
